SHEET METAL FORMING
Error-proofing methods are applied on our eccentric and hydraulic presses in the 45–630 tonne range, and production is tracked through an ERP system. The ERP tracks the raw materials and consumables used in production from the start of manufacturing to its end, with barcode labels providing traceability.
WELDING & ASSEMBLY
Alongside our extensive press park, our welding and assembly lines are built to meet the production processes of our references with complex designs.
MIG-MAG Welding
At our two three-station welding robots and our manual stations, MIG-MAG welded joining is applied to sheet, profile, tube, shaft and similar products.
Spot Welding
Nut, bolt and spot welding operations are carried out on our 125 kW – 180 kW spot welding machines. Error-proofing methods are applied on these machines: current control, piece-count sensors, poka-yoke cages, part-specific bins, linear scales and pressure valves are all in place.
TIG Welding
Aluminium and stainless steel sheets are joined using TIG welding.
Oxy-Acetylene Welding
Tubes, brackets, profiles and similar products can be joined by oxy-acetylene welding.
DIE DESIGN & ENGINEERING
In die maintenance and manufacturing, we continue to operate in line with customer requirements, with machines built on current technology and a team expert in the field.
Our project department carries out the relevant project activities and sample production in line with customer requirements and IATF 16949 requirements.
The design, machining and assembly of the production equipment (dies, fixtures, jigs) needed for the products manufactured at our company can all be done in house.
CNC CUTTING & BENDING
On our CNC laser cutting machine, DKP, HRP, aluminium and stainless materials are cut.
Press Brake Bending
On our CNC and NC press brakes, DKP, HRP, aluminium and stainless steel sheets of varying thicknesses can be bent to the required dimensions.
CNC Tube Bending
On our CNC tube bending machine, profiles, tubes and shafts of various sizes can be bent.
